(some Wellness Wheels have 7 categories: the extra category is Financial Wellness.)

Wellness can be defined as:
i) an active process of becoming aware and making choices towards living a healthy and fulfilling life.
ii) achieved by a combination of emotional, environmental, mental, physical, social, and spiritual health.
Fitness can be defined as:
Good health or physical condition, as the result of exercise and proper nutrition.
Assignment:
Students work in pairs to design a digital poster (soft copy) to illustrate the Wellness Wheel as a secondary school student.
An example as follows:

- Use 'Pages' and upload your digital poster (landscape or portrait format) to the S&W blog.
- Additional requirement: Each category to include a daily activity relating with the photo as an example (e.g. Physical Wellness: <activity> for 30 minutes. Picture must be related to the activity)
- Title of post: <S&W Assignment: Student Name 1, Student Name 2>
- Date Due: Mon, 10 Sept (Term 4, Week 1)
